Co-Founding Mums & Co in 2016 with backing by IAG, Australia’s largest general insurer, Carrie has inspired a movement and trained hundreds of business owning mothers on pitch confidence through national pitch competitions, monthly Practice Your Pitch Sessions and now the online self paced Confidence Pitching for Business Women mini course.

Mums & Co is Carrie’s second startup, founding DailyAddict.com.au in 2008. She’s curious about most things and always up for a coffee to hear your story and you can ask about her time in the Australian Air Force as a Cadet Warrant Officer.

Lucy is the Community Manager at Mums & Co and is seriously passionate about helping other women who feel the same way, do what they love, and feel great about it.

Trained as a journalist Lucy rose through the ranks to become editor of Flying Solo, championing working parents, especially business owners, in the unfolding conversation about the future of work.

At work Lucy is one of the most connected community managers in the Australian small business space at home she’s MOther of two young boys. Fun fact? Lucy is obsessed with online tarot cards.
