Get to know Kristina Russell:

An exceptionally talented and truly dynamic artist and educator, Kristina Russell has been at the pinnacle of hairdressing education for more than two decades.

Kristina moved to an independent Educator role in 2017. She is renowned as the Reds and Pastel Haircolour Expert, and author of Ebook ‘The Ultimate Guide to Hair-Painting for Redheads’.

In June 2010, she earned the coveted title ‘Australian Hair Expo Colour Technician of the Year’. She has won numerous awards, including most recently being a Finalist for the Australian Hair Industry Awards for Independent Educator of the Year for 2019 and 2020 & 2021.

Kristina was also recently announced as the Australian Ambassador for the Dresscode Project, teaching inclusivity for LGBTQI+ clients with inclusivity training for hairdressers how to offer gender free hair services.
