Get to know Sonya Lovell:

Sonya campaign's to raise awareness about menopause, challenge societal stigmas and taboos surrounding it, and promote better education and resources for women. Her goal is to ensure that women have equitable access to education, information, and support during this life stage and to promote positive changes in the workplace and government policies to accommodate the needs of menopausal women.

Read any school report from Sonya's primary years and you'll see she was born to be behind a microphone! "Sonya talks too much" and "Was she vaccinated with a grammar-phone needle?" are two of her favourites.
